We ship packages within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order. 

Where do you ship? 

We ship to Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Stay tuned as we open shipping to new areas. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Packages shipped outside of the USA are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a tracking link in the email used at checkout. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at info@mayanna.com. 

Can I return my order?

You are welcome to return your order as long as the item(s) are returned in an original, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, and/or labels. Swim bottoms and shorts must have a sanitary liner intact. All swimwear must be tried on over your own undergarments. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that any shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged.

Search for your order number and choose between exchange and return. 

• Package your return securely with original packaging, labels, and tags attached, with the return form and order number inside.
• Attach the return label. Make sure you’ve removed the original package label. Drop your return package at any carrier location associated with your return label.

Please note:

• All returns must have a filled-out return form.
• All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to full-priced and sale pieces.
• All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return, unless you have contacted us separately with a specific claim and we have accepted.
• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damage.
• A $10 return label fee applies to all returns. Exchanges are free of charge.
• When your package reaches our warehouse, upon inspection, expect your return to be processed within 3-5 business days.

Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

You can make updates to your order as long as it has not shipped. Please reach out to info@mayanna with your name and order number.
